Dedicated Retreat Hosts and Activity Leaders
We provided a team of two dedicated retreat leaders to oversee all organisational aspects, ensuring attendees could fully immerse themselves in the experience without logistical concerns.
We were tasked with designing a unique one-day fitness retreat for the company sales team; focused around optimising healthy living alongside the time-pressures of a busy career. The goal was to create an experience which reinvigorated employees during their stay whilst also giving them clear, actional tips that they could take from the retreat and easily integrate into their day to day life.

Pre-Event Analysis
Following our initial-client meeting, we sent out a well-being assessment to all attendees which asked them to highlight clear areas of their life which they feel had suffered due to their busy lifestyle as well as areas that they feel they could benefit from trying to optimise and improve when it comes to their health.
Following this feedback, we were able to compile a truly unique 1-day experience which touched on these areas. To build excitement amongst attendees, a detailed itinerary, including key details of each workshop as well as the location of the retreat was then sent out to them 2 weeks before the event.
The schedule of the retreat was designed to accurately reflect the outcome of our initial well-being assessment, with each workshop throughout the day focused on a specific area of health & wellness, combining instruction and group activities.
10.45am-12.00pm: Coffee, tea and cooked breakfast: available at the retreat's luxury converted barn restaurant.
12.15pm-14.00pm: Nutrition 101 Workshop: A 90 minute hands-on experience focused around how to eat a nutritious diet when short on time, followed by an immersive cooking class in which attendees were taught how to make a series of healthy lunches in just 15 minutes.
3.00pm-5.00pm: Fitness 101 Workshop! Attendees were introduced to an exercise workshop covering a range of topics, including programming, injury prevention, mobility and more! Finishing off the session with a 30-minute high energy team-building workout.
6.00pm: Evening Meal and Relaxing Time!

The event was hosted at a sustainable retreat regenerated from a previous dairy farm in Suffolk to give the perfect blend of a relaxing weekend getaway from the city alongside the comforts of a luxury stay.
We managed all catering services, ensuring attendees enjoyed delicious and nutritious meals throughout the event.
luxury travel was organised to transport the team from London to Suffolk. The team set off from the office at 5pm on Friday & arrived at the retreat later that evening. They were treated to a team dinner upon arrival.
We booked 3 industry-experts who were briefed with the key aim of creating a workshop which not only explained 'why' the attendees should introduce these elements into their life but more importantly 'how'.
From pre-event analysis of key optimisation areas specific to the target group to finding a location for the retreat which perfectly complemented the aims of the event, our passion for health & wellness was clearly on-display in this project. Attendees left the retreat relaxed, reinvigorated and most importantly, with useful tips and tricks to optimise their health! All of which enables them to enjoy & progress in their day-to-day work.
